A graduate of Western Kentucky University, Kelley has spent the majority of the last 30 years of her life in the Bowling Green community. She is an active member of her church and was involved in both school and sport volunteer groups while her two children were growing up. She started her real estate career in 2015 when she decided it was time to return to full time work after being a stay-at-home mom for many years. It's a decision she's never regretted! She's an active member of the REALTOR Association of Southern Kentucky (RASK) serving in many leadership roles including 2023 RASK President.  She obtained her Real Estate Broker license in 2019 in response to her desire to become a stronger support for fellow Real Estate Agents. With this in mind, Kelley and another fellow REALTOR formed the REAL ESTATE LADIES, LLC in 2021 and opened the first of two EXIT Franchises in 2022.  Located in Kentucky, their franchise is appropriately named EXIT Realty Thoroughbred.  Helping other agents create a professional, successful Real Estate career is important to Kelley and she constantly strives to lead the team at her office toward this acheivement.
